Home Farm is equidistant from Dartmouth, Totnes, Modbury and Kingsbridge. Ideally placed for all local activities, our village has a well known pub/restaurant, a post office and a church. Only a mile or so off the main Totnes to Kingsbridge road, we are in a quiet valley and still have easy access to the whole area.
